Botanic name: Acacia drummondii ssp. candolleana
A beautiful small shrub growing to 1 metre with masses of bright yellow elongated flowers amongst small elegant grey-green leaves. A superb plant to light up a garden in Winter – when many other flowering plants are still dormant – and then carries on into the Spring.
Suitable for open garden, rockeries, deep pots or tubs.
Cut flowers are excellent on their own or to add a brilliant dash of colour to a display of other flowers.
Wildflower Seed Starter granules are not needed to boost germination but are not harmful.
