Aspects does not have storewide sales. We select all our products carefully and regularly rotate our range. Occasionally you may find a small selection of products on sale, as we make room for new things. We don’t promote these sales, as its often only a handful of items at a time. So if you visit us in-store regularly, you might be lucky and pick up a bargain!
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and direct deposit, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our online shop also has accelerated checkouts available including Shop Pay. For more info, head to our Terms of Service page.

We work with Australian artists, craftspeople and designers from all over Australia to showcase a stunning range of unique Australian art and gifts. Almost all of our artisans make the pieces themselves, in small batches, or have them made locally. Many artists are scouted by our buyer or they seek us out, looking to be represented by Perth’s best gallery shop.
Over 99% of Aspects’ product range has been proudly made in Australia (excluding books). A small number of items (less than 1%) have been designed in Australia but made overseas – umbrellas, leather gardening gloves, foldable shopping bags, some kids puzzles and seasonal items (e.g. diaries) – where there is no quality Australian made alternative available. When shopping online, you can find the origin clearly listed under the ‘Product information’ tab of each product.
Around 55% of our amazing suppliers are from Western Australia, with the remainder from other states and territories from around Australia. Some of these “interstate artists” are originally from WA, but moved over east for training and other work opportunities. Whilst we always endeavour to showcase the very best that WA has to offer, we also like to introduce our regular customers to other unique artisans from further afield that they may have not seen before in Perth.
Top tip: If you are shopping online, use the ‘Search by – Special features’ function to find all the WA made products in one spot.
We currently have over 3,000 of our products available to order online and we are constantly adding new goodies to tempt you. However, many of our artists produce one-off pieces or large fragile items that are not suitable for selling online, so they are available exclusively in-store. All the more reason to come and visit us often!
If you’ve eyed something in-store but can’t find it online, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to help.
Yes, absolutely – if the product says its available, it’s in stock and ready to be shipped to you as soon as you place your order. For products marked as ‘Sold out’, rest assured, more stock is on its way soon.
If the product is available in different variants, like size/colour/design, you may like to select an alternative option instead. Otherwise, check the website regularly – as soon as the product arrives in-store, the website inventory will be updated. Alternatively, you can click the ‘Enquire about this product’ link and let us know that you would like to be notified as soon as more stock arrives.
We stock many one-off artisan pieces and some artist’s work turns over very quickly. In many cases, we can get in contact with the maker and have something very similar made for you.
Absolutely! Many of our artists are happy to make custom pieces to suit your specific requirements. All custom orders require a 50% deposit and, as the piece will be made specially for you, it cannot be exchanged. See more information about Custom Orders on our Terms of Service page.
Depending on the piece and the nature of the damage, we may be able to get the artist to repair it. We will provide a quote in advance of any alterations. If the piece cannot be repaired, you may choose to have it remade (where possible).
Isn’t that frustrating! In most cases, our current jewellers will be happy to remake a replacement earring for you. We will just need your original earring to obtain a quote and timeframe from the jeweller.
Many of our jewellers offer complimentary cleaning. If your jewellery needs a bit more attention, like replating or repairing, we will have the jeweller quote in advance of any repairs.
The prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax). If you are sending your order outside of Australia, GST is not applicable and will be removed at the checkout.
Yes – even better, our stunning Aspects gift-wrapping is complimentary with all purchases! Simply tick the ‘gift wrap’ option during checkout.
Absolutely - simply use your name and address for the billing, and enter your recipient’s name and address for the shipping.
We are happy to gift-wrap all of your gifts, just remember to write clear instructions in the ‘Order notes’ or contact us directly via phone or email. Unfortunately, we are unable to post to multiple addresses in a single online transaction, so please process these as separate transactions.
Yes, we can write a message for you on an Aspects postcard and include it with your gift, or you may like to add one of our greeting cards to your order. Write your message in the ‘Gift message’ section in the checkout and we’ll be sure to include it.
We will certainly include information about the artist and/or product with your delivery (where information is available).

Aspects offers free Parcel Post shipping for online orders over $100 within Australia. Postage charges apply for orders under $100, Express Post and international shipping. The postage rates are calculated during checkout.
We deliver Australia-wide and overseas to most countries. Unfortunately, with the changes to the collection of duties and taxes for the import of commercial goods into the UK on 1 January 2021, we are not posting to the UK currently (but this may change in the future).
All international purchases (items posted by Aspects of Kings Park out of Australia) are exempt from Australian taxes; however, they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. We recommend you contact your local customs office to determine exactly what these charges may be.
All orders (excluding collect in-store orders) placed via our online shop are sent via Australia Post (and their affiliated international partners). In-store we ship via Australia Post, or Pack and Send for bulky and/or fragile items. See our full Shipping Policy here.
We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround. Orders are usually processed on the same or next business day, so your order will be on its way in no time!
This depends on where its being posted to. We use Australia Post, as we find them to be the most reliable out of Perth. However, Australia Post (like all freight companies) are still being impacted by Covid-19. For current estimated delivery times, see Australia Post’s latest domestic and international postage advice.
We will email you with a tracking number when your order is on its way. You will also receive updated tracking advice from Australia Post and/or your local freight company.
We will email you when your Collect In-store order has been prepared and is ready to be collected. Please note: Our online orders are only processed on weekdays, so Collect In-store orders that are processed over the weekend, won’t be prepped until after the weekend.
Follow the advice on the delivery notification you received. Depending on your local freight company or post office, you may be able to arrange a redelivery of the item(s) or you will need to collect it from the post office or depot.
You may be able to exchange your purchase for another product within 14 days from the date of purchase. This is at Aspects’ discretion. See our full Refund Policy.
Certainly - we will happily exchange it for another size. Proof of purchase is required and product must be in its original, unused condition.
