We're absolutely wild about the latest collection by botanical illustrator and textile designer Edith Rewa.
'Field Trip' is the result of Edith's expeditions to the Pilbara, Uluru and Alice Springs in 2016, during which she filled sketchbooks with recollections of untamed native flora and botanical details.
Her escapades further ignited her passion for Australian flora and fauna, and her new collection is a celebration of wild arid landscapes in a palette of pindan, blush, burgundy, olive, silver and jet.
A Bachelor of Arts alumni from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Edith further refined her skills with a brief sojourn to the Estonian Academy of the Arts. She has previously worked in commercial print design, and now resides between the Blue Mountains, Melbourne and Hobart, where she creates her stunning collections and freelance projects.
All of Edith's scarves are illustrated, printed and made in Australia, so they're authentically local from the first sketch to the last stitch.
We have a range of Edith's dreamy desert-inspired scarves in-store and online now, so be quick, as these beauties are sure to be snapped up quickly! Perfect for gifts and make stylish accessories to elevate your autumn outfits.
