Description

Future Shelter is a small design and manufacturing workshop based in North Perth. Products are designed and made by a small team comprising of designers, makers and engineers. The company was established by husband and wife team, designer Jane King and mechanical engineer Adam Coffey.

Adam and Jane have spent many years travelling the globe selling their exclusive textile designs but they always dreamed of setting up their own workshop and designing their own range. It was the arrival of their daughter Sophie that encouraged them to change their jet set lifestyle and focus more on creating designs for the people and environment around them.

Future Shelter are driven by the need to create new and interesting products that are not mass produced but carefully hand crafted and locally made. Their inspiration is the environment around them and their quirky view of life.

Future Shelter’s products are designed and manufactured in their North Perth and Midland workshops. The North Perth workshop currently includes machines for screen printing, laser cutting, a mini CNC machine, digital printing and tea making facilities.

Aspects stocks Future Shelter's unique range of homewares, serving boards, table linen, ceramics, accessories and paper goods.

Made in Western Australia.
