The Grafa Copper Garden Hoe has been designed specifically for digging in established garden plots or patio gardens. A good all rounder! Great as a planting tool, mixing compost as well as weeding.
The tools were specifically designed with organic gardening principles in mind because copper does not rust and its properties are found to promote growth and nutrient uptake. The Spotted Gum Eucalypt timber was specifically selected for tool handles because it won't splinter. The timber is also kiln dried for strength and stability.
Each tool comes beautifully presented in a sustainable custom kraft gift box.
About the Artist:
Grafa artisan garden tools have been designed to connect hand and earth for the considered gardener. They are handmade from copper, bronze and native Australian timber. Made in Melbourne, Australia.
Materials | Copper (mostly up-cycled from left over tube from construction sites around Melbourne), Bronze, and Kiln-dried Spotted Gum Eucalypt hardwood timber (from native, renewable, sustainably managed and harvested forests on the East Coast of Australia). |
Care instructions | It is strongly recommended to keep tools out of the weather and away from harsh garden chemicals or household cleaners. Copper will naturally patina over time. Copper can be cleaned after use with a rag and water. |
