About the Authors:
Dr Judith Caton’s interest in useful native plants resulted from her study of plants in forager diets compared with those eaten by modern humans. She has many year’s experience as a teacher of biological sciences.
Richard Hardwick is the author of the highly successful 'Nature’s Larder', a guide to the plant foods of the NSW South Coast. He is an expert in the use native plants for food fibre and medicines.
