Custom Orders
Aspects of Kings Park can arrange some products to be customised and made to order. A 50% deposit is required to place a customised order and full payment is required on collection of the finished item/s. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. As most pieces are handmade by an individual artist to suit your specific customised requirements, we ask that customers understand the finished products cannot be returned or exchanged. If a customer changes his/her mind regarding any details, Aspects of Kings Park will use its best endeavours to have any requested adjustments made, noting that any changes made after the order has been placed will be at the customer's expense.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are a flexible and much appreciated gift and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and replacements are unfortunately not possible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
